appointments made by telephone are possible - but by internet on the Oxted Health Centre site are virtually impossible.

Medical help excellent Admin chaotic. Muddled extension line leaves one either feeling disconnected or unsure whether one is just waiting in a queue.Constant change in the system.

My recent experience with a female doctor at this surgery has been most efficient....
Very thorough, nothing too much trouble.
Obtaining an appointment could be improved.

Good care.
Receptionists are under enormous pressure but are helpful.
If there are long waits for appointments, perhaps we need to ask why. Too much paperwork and political diktats instead of freeing clinicians to be just that!
